Treasure Island Music Festival

This year, I made it to quite a few festivals, including Coachella, Bottlerock, OutsideLands, and Treasure Island, which took place this past weekend. I've been in San Francisco for practically all my life, but this weekend marked my first time on the island. It was the perfect weekend for a festival - sunny and full of good vibes. I spent the weekend dancing to some amazing bands (including Disclosure, Major Lazer, Holy Ghost, and Phantogram), taking a spin on the ferris wheel, eating delicious food, and enjoying the amazing views of my little city by the bay. I'm sad that my festival season has come to an end, but I just cannot wait to do it all over again next year. Below are a few fun snaps from my time on ze island.

Special thanks  to the super dope folks at Flywheel for my TIMF experience. For those of you who may not be familiar with FlyWheel, it's a super user-friendly mobile app that helps you hail down cabs with the push of a button. Thanks to the service, I made it to and from the festival in no time. (Trust, there is nothing worse than leaving a festival at 11pm, after you've been dancing all day long, having to wait for a shuttle or multiple buses to get you home.) 

#DSWSFSports Event Recap

Last Tuesday, I had the pleasure of co-hosting a fitness-themed event at DSW SF! It was a night filled with delicious food, tasty margaritas, gift bags, shoes, and friends. Special thank you to all my friends (from the blogging community and beyond) who came out to show support that evening. It meant SO much, and I was thrilled to share the evening with you. And of course, special thanks goes out to DSW for inviting me to co-host!

After picking out pieces for my collab with Monogram Mag, I couldn't help but also pick out these pieces from Banana Republic Factory. A basic white blouse is a must in my closet (I also own a million white tees). I mean what does a white blouse not go with - riddle me that. But my favorite part of the outfit? The shoes. A couple weeks ago, I was having a rotten day. I decided that times in need call for both meditation and...retail therapy. Yes, I'm guilty of treating myself every now and then. These shoes came off the wait list and I knew it was just meant to be. So, say hello to my new closet friends.
